So I was wandering around Fort Kochin the other day, minding my own business, when suddenly I found myself in the midst of a communist party rally. Just when Mary Francis thought I was taking a break from fulfilling my oath to defend the constitution from enemies foreign and domestic, I find myself on the front lines! Don't worry MF, I kept the communists in check and the constitution is safe.
Turns out Kerala is pretty much a socialist state and has been for quite some time. They love their hammer and sickle out here. Don't worry, the rally was peaceful and I didn't have to intervene. My mere presence spoiled their parade.

Ah! Now I will be able to sleep easier tonight, though I'm sorry you've had to "work" during your travels. In the top photo it appears that the crowds are parting to let you pass, and then a motorcycle escort to protect you (as if you need protecting... how little they know!). Clearly stories of your bravery, heroism, and ability to defend yachts in Newport have spread East!
